| Ballet/Pointe: All students must wear pink tights and pink ballet shoes to class with the required color camisole leotard for each level as listed below: Students may wear dance warm ups at the barre with the permission of the instructor. Pre-ballet: Pink leotard and pink tights Basic ballet: White blue leotard and pink tights Ballet Levels 1-5: Black leotard and pink tights (Camisole) Boys/Men: Black tights, white socks, shoes and T-shirt Pointe/Pre Pointe: Black camisole leotard and pink tights Tap: Solid leotard, tights or dance pants, black character tap shoes. Street clothes, i.e. pants, shorts, etc. ARE NOT ALLOWED. Pre tap and basic tap classes require tan tap shoes with a buckle, and all other classes require a character tap shoe with the heel and strap. Please see your instructor with any questions. Jazz: Clothing must consist of tights & leotards or Jazz pants, leggings and T-shirts. All students must have black leather jazz shoes. Hip Hop: Clothing is usually very loose fitting, and may include sweats, Leggings, T-shirts, and leotard tops. Students may either wear non black soled aerobic shoes or Dancesneakers. Creative Movement: Any leotard, tights, dance skirt, bike shorts, etc. Ballet or jazz shoes are required. Modern: No shoes are needed for Modern Dance classes, as they are traditionally done barefoot. Clothing must be a solid colored leotard and footless tights or unitard. Jazz pants may be worn with the instructors permission. Lyrical: Solid colored leotard, either footless or convertible tights, and lyrical half sole sandals. Boys/Men: Preferable dance pants and T-shirts. (Sweatpants are acceptable.) Adult Dance Classes: Leotards and/or jazz pants are required. For your own safety and benefit, dance attire similar to the above dress code is beneficial, but not required. For all classes hair MUST be off the face. For Ballet classes, shoulder-length and long hair MUST be off the neck. (i.e., bun, braid, ponytail) Jewelry should be at a minimum, no necklaces or long earrings may be worn to class. |

| In order to maintain professionalism, we do have a fairly strict dress code for many of our classes. Body placement and alignment are impossible to correct when hidden by baggy clothing or long overshirts in ballet class; therefore, we request students adhere to specific dress codes based on the following classes: |
